Sandra Octaviani

Research Analyst

Sandra Octaviani joined Penso as Junior Macro Analyst in 2019. She is responsible for supporting the research team and portfolio managers in monitoring, communicating, and analyzing macroeconomic developments across the G10 and Emerging Markets. Prior to joining Penso, Sandra worked as a Research Associate at the Lawrence National Centre for Policy and Management at the Ivey Business School, where she conducted research and developed policy recommendations in the areas of FDI  attraction, infrastructure finance, and economic development incentives.

Sandra received a B.A. (Hons) in Economics, from Western University, and an MBA and MSc in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. She also completed a year abroad at the Otto-von-Guericke University of Magdeburg in Germany. She is fluent in German, French, and Mandarin.
